Twice in the past two days, when I have started Zwift on my Android tablet, the group ride I was already signed up for is not listed. In fact there are no events of any kind listed within the events tab.
Restarting Zwift restores the missing events.
This is new behaviour since the latest update.
I would put one occurrence down to a glitch, but twice is a pattern.
If it happens again I’ll grab a screenshot.
Same behavior on atv and pc. All are updated etc. The events show in CA. The events eventually do populate, it just takes awhile. It’s hot, those electrons are moving slow. 
Have not seen that on Windows. Could also be some backend or networking issue 
It happened again, for the second time today. While I was trying to find a button to take a screen print the events appeared. I have full fibre broadband - 910 down, 105 up - and a WiFi 7 mesh system. Any delay is not at my end.
I’m a bit doubtful this is a client problem (can’t rule it out) but a networking problem can be anywhere between you and Zwift, or it could be the system on the backend that serves up the data. With a mesh system, you should consider rebooting all the nodes. I also have a modern mesh network and recently had weird problems where some of the Zwift services were consistently reachable and others not. Resolved by giving the network equipment a kick.
I rebooted the mesh, waited another day, attached to the primary router instead of a satellite and still the events are missing. Waiting didn’t seem to fix it, only exiting to the Zwift login screen and trying again populated the events screen. I did not have to terminate Zwift, just log off and log on.
Since update to 1.116, I no longer see running events in Zwift both on the I-Pad (OS 26.5) and on the I-Phone. Does anyone else have this error?

I wonder if it’s whatever the weird bug is that’s been causing events to disappear on Companion forever now.
I had it happen on my companion app maybe 4 weeks ago now looking for one of my rides and I didn’t see it in the normal event listing, but could see it in the club. Force closed the app, reopened, waited 10 minutes, no change.
Had to remind myself to set a filter and then clear it; after that it popped up.

There was a backend service disruption affecting events. This should now be resolved. If you’re still not seeing events after a refresh, please let me know.
Still took several mins for the events tab to load. Missed the start of my group ride. It also doesn’t prompt you from a free ride to join the pre-selected group ride when this happens. Took about 5 mins to load.
Ran into this issue yet again 2 hours ago, trying to join my regular Monday evening ride.
The problem continues today. I was unable to immediately join my planned group ride at 08:30 BST today. I picked a random ride, quit back to the home screen, and then I was able to select my ride with just three minutes left until the start.
This is not cool!
Same, there is a delay for events appearing for me also.

I’m still seeing this issue today running Zwift on my iPad.
I couldn’t join the XP Express event, it wasn’t visible. Had to quickly switch to Zwift on my MacBook to ride the event.
An interim fix for this whilst we resolve the issue is to sign up for the event in Companion.
Tried that but don’t get a join synch link. All working fine for me yesterday
