Issue with completing new account

I created an account and have used most of my trial miles. I added payment information to the membership in my account. It says “pending.” I didn’t receive an email that I have entered full membership. Today i received an email saying I didn’t finish signing up and there’s a button to complete checkout. When I click that button and log in to the account there’s no option to “finalize “ my membership and my cart is empty. Still says membership is pending. Waiting for a response from support. I also tried updating my payment information and it still says pending membership. Frustrating! What am I missing?
