Issue installing Zwift cog and click V2 on a Wahoo kicker V6

I have a brand new Wahoo Kicker V6 and am trying to install a Zwift cog and click V2 on it. I removed the 11-speed cassette and free hub body but having issue getting Zwift cog onto the trainer. It just doesn’t seem to fully go on. I will include a picture. I have the large spacer installed.

Have you gone through this documentation?

If you contact support, they are pretty experienced at walking people through the installation, so that might be worth trying.

Any bike shop could do it as well, and if there’s a real problem installing it they should know.

I remember battling a bit at first (didn’t RTFM :sweat_smile:) There are pawls on the Zwift Cog (should be 3 little silver metal pieces that have springs attached to them i.e. they can move). Try rotating the Zwift cog over the freehub a few times it should just slide in/over to take up that remaining space.
