Is the Samsung tab s5e compatible with Zwift?

I’ve got the same issue with the distorted sounds on my Galaxy S5E.
There’s a workaround:

  • Open Samsung screen recorder, pause recording
  • Open Zwift
Distortion is gone and sound is OK.
But I was looking for a solution that doesn’t involve this workaround.

There was mention in the latest update that a fix had been applied for distorted sound but there was no detail about the platform this was for.

Thanks Yannik for work around on the sound issue - pausing screen recorder seems to work, but yes obviously a bug in Zwift . . …

Hi, I have a Tab 5se and Zwift is not running anymore after the 12-2022 update came out. Can someone please confirm that this tablet is not supported anymore? I think it should stil work according to the hardware requirements.
Thanks!
Michael

You’re right, it should work. The OS is new enough and it has enough RAM.

I’m interested to hear what others have to say about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. I’m also curious to know if other Zwifters have used the Huawei P20 Lite before.

I have a Tab s5e too and the most recent update totally killed the app on the device, it starts up but immediately freeze does not load the riders/textures anymore in large groups and drops power… unusable in it’s current state.
