never loads, so i can’t update my weight in the settings (I know I can use the app or while actually logged in)
The website itself is fine for me. I’m looking at https://my.zwift.com/ right now.
Probably an idea to raise a support ticket, or at least try a different browser. e.g. try Firefox if you’re a Chrome user normally.
I had issues today getting to my.zwift.com using Chrome, but the Brave browser worked fine.
Clear Local Storage. Open Chrome Developer Tools, go to Application tab, scroll to Local Storage, right click on https://my.zwift.com and choose ‘Clear’. Reload page.
I cleared my cache earlier and that seemed to work.
Most of the time, website not loading issues are fixed with a cache clear or incognito window.
