2 of 3 podiums in the anti-sandbagging race today did not have HR data. It used to be a requirement for podium finishers to have HR data. Is this not the case anymore? If not so, can someone explain how that decision helps us build a better racing community?

Anti-sandbagging races appear to have it not configured for enforcement.
All other non-Zwift organised races have it configured as expected.
Can only hope that’s another bug rather than intentional
