I’m not sure about ERG mode but have been reading about it. Newbie. I’m finding the group rides too easy. So either interval training or progressive climbs/intensity. I’ve read about ERG mode but I don’t see where I’m supposed to set this. Or is it automatic? Is it controlled by the arrows in the game?
ERG mode is not available on all trainers Deborah, where it is available and it’s use is best described by Zwift
