I have submitted a ticket to customer services over a week ago and still have had no reply. It’s a problem with my account so I actually need someone from Zwift customer service to help
Same here, still waiting. General consensus is that they are working from home and that there has been a sudden increase of users complicating things and delaying answers… let’s see.
One suggestion I saw around is not to send multiple mail about your issue, as this will “reset” your position in the queue every time… send one support request and then wait and hope…
