iPad “update necessary” message won’t go away

ive updated the app but this message won’t leave my screen. Ive force closed the app and rebooted many times. Opened a support ticket and they told me I haven’t force closed the app since 7/13 which is simply untrue.  I was able to ride but can’t end the ride because I can’t access any screen buttons behind the message including the menu button.  Any ideas?  Zwift support is terribly slow to respond.

Try uninstalling the app, restarting the iPad and re-installing Zwift again to see if that resolves the issue.

Hey Andrew, did you get a chance to follow the steps Paul laid out?

I reinstalled the app and believe it’s working now. I hope they will fix this bug.
