Introducing Zwift Companion Fitness Tracker [April 2025]

IMO you should have the choice to see it and others should have the choice to not see it

I don’t mind the tracker. But I certainly don’t need to see the tracker more than once a day.
I do use the “Zwifting Now” screen while riding. When it’s top it’s easier to quickly reference and hit the button, harder to tap in the middle of the screen like that.

Maybe they could maybe make it easily expandable/collapsable on tap or something, and remember the last state of it so if it’s collapsed it stays collapsed until you expand it.., then you have the entry point, but it’s small if you don’t care about it?

My main issue with it is it doesn’t capture all my activities since it doesn’t import non Wahoo/Garmin activities, I think it’s nice otherwise, but does not have a full record of my activities.

You might be able to use this workaround if you’re willing to do it manually…

Hi Team, could you please add YTD timeframe in the tracker. Thank you.

good suggestion!

Hey @Freighter @Mike_Rowe1

Alejandra here from Zwift!

Thanks so much for sharing your feature request in the forums! @Freighter.

We really appreciate your taking the time to help us improve our resources. I’ve passed your suggestion along to the relevant team.

I hope you’re all having an awesome day.

I’m still waiting for running to count. Indoor and outdoor??

Maybe unrelated, but I saw someone post on the FB groups their lifetime Zwift totals of miles, elevation, hours, etc

Is there somewhere obvious (except to me  ) this data sits in our profiles?

In Companion, in your own profile (in Android click on your pic at the top of the menu).

zwiftpower also shows the lifetime totals

Currently week, YTD and since the beginning of history are all good for training review or at least fun to look at for sure.

Am happy with my progressive overload on the “Training Score”.

As for “Training Goals”, the bar charts which shown different color should be in power zone, am I right?

And, am wondering, how to best use to improve all aspect of the zones since there is not much detail shown in the segragation of each zone.

Hiya. I did the 3R century group ride yesterday and I always dual record. This time, in Garmin, I updated the Garmin file to match the mileage to Zwift to allow me to complete a Garmin challenge. Now in Zwift, it thinks I rode 200km instead of 100km. What can I do to fix this in Zwift? I already deleted the garmin file in my garmin connect since I only keep the Zwift. Thanks!

I have the same issue with my Hammerhead Karoo but I disable the auto upload and rename the file to “2x zwift” or dupe for easy identification if I do upload it.

I do also double record to have all Garmin stats. For me deleting the Garmin activity in Zwift companion app is the solution - but I can see the Garmin only if I display my activities only! See attachments (I edited but did not delete my yesterday ‘s Garmin activities yet) - the second picture should be the first (switching to “me only”).

Thank you! Just cleaned those up, and everything is clean now.

All of a sudden it seems to work for running, too. I‘ve done running only (almost daily) for the last couple of months, yesterday my training score reached 0,8. Today it went up to 19 after one of my usual daily runs :joy:

Unfortunately I really don‘t care about it.

Edit: When I click on the training score it still says „0,8“.

I ran this morning. And nothing showed on Fitness trends. My Wife ran earlier in the week. She didn’t see anything either. I guess it doesn’t really matter. Strava, Garmin and Intervals give me all the information I need

Really odd. After today‘s run my training score went up to 20:

But when I click on the training score to see my summary it tells me that my training score went down to 0,7:

iPhone 13 mini, latest updates. I‘m confused.
