I have an account with Zwift from a year ago. I am re-installing on a brand new computer running Windows 10 - 64 Professional. After the download and update - the create/login windows appears but its not displaying correctly and the login link wont work. Have tried every possible combination of opening program as administrator, different graphics processor and program compatibility but nothing works. Here is a screenshot of screen display.
The good news is that there’s an easy fix: while that’s the active window, press “Ctrl” and “+” on your keyboard to zoom in. This will cause all the elements to space out correctly so you can click them.
This is a known issue we’re working to fix related to resolutions and scaling in the launcher, and we appreciate your understanding as we get it patched up.
