I am unable to start zwift, unless I go through the set up procedure every time. Do you know how I can remedy this? When I try to click on the short cut it says:
“The item referred to bu this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have the appropriate permissions.”
Its getting quite tiresome to re install every time I want to go on Zwift
Hi Ian, it sounds like you’ve possibly installed it into a location you don’t have access rights to. Instead of just clicking on the shortcut, can you right click on it and say “Run as Administrator”?
It still says the same thing. But I have complete access to this computer. So the only way I can enter the game is to reinstall by double clicking on the Zwiftsetup.exe.
