My Outdoor Challenges aren’t showing up.
I use my watch for Runs and Edge for Rides. They both show up in my Garmin Connect App and my Garmin has a check mark next to it on the Zwift Companion App
You may need to re-pair the connection between Garmin and Zwift.
I had to do that with Wahoo a few months ago, even though both sites showed a “connection” between them. I undid the connection on both Wahoo’s site as well as Zwift’s site, and then re-authorized, making sure it was shown as authorized on both sites.
With the challenge I did that for, past activities were credited.
I can’t say for sure if that will happen for you.
If the past activities do not get credited, you may need to contact support@zwift.com
On this challenge do you get the rewards as you hit each level or only after?
I am asking because after my last ride I passed the 250km mark but I dont see the added 100k drops? It was a race so I might have missed the banner but looking at activity photos I can see my drops at the start of the race (before passing the 250km) and now afterwards the difference is not more than 100k, but on the challenge card I have a green tick on the drops reward?
