Incomplete Delivery

This week I received my Swift Ride. However the Frame was delivered without the handlebar holder so I can not use it at all. I am waiting now for three days of any response of Swift Support Team. I am pretty disappointed I have to say. Not about the fact the one crucial part is missing, this can happen but the fact that there is no response at all from the support team which is (in my opinion) not acceptable.

I would appreciate prompt support !!!

having a very similar issue, but the frame hasn’t arrived. No contact details other than the generic email or the chat bot.

Has your issue been resolved, very disappointing considering the amount of money the amount of money spent to purchase the set up !!

Zwift Service Team contacted me after 2 days.
Friendly and cooperative overall, Missing part shall arrive today. I am hoping it will arrive ;).

Despite the fact that I could not ride during my holidays I am now happy with their support.
