I have Tacx BlueMatic 10 level resistance trainer. Garmin Speed/cadence sensor, Cyclops HR Monitor. Last night I tried the workout on Zwift. Need to produce 450W for 10 sec. I was running 52/11 gear ratio and 110-120 cadence But still at 380W. I was struggling on bike and tried push harder but never get more than 400w power. My trainer is listed but ay some workouts need to go up to 650W. But in this situation it’s impossible. Do I something wrong?
