Hi all
Someone told me that there is an option to import your own workouts (created by Chat-GPT). I have a .zwo file with the workout I want to import, but I can’t find how to do it. Chat-GPT wants me to share the file via iPhone and select the companion app to open the file, but my phone doesn’t display that as an option. What am I doing wrong?
There may be some fancy-footing to import the workout through a phone, but the way I know works is to put the workout into the correct directory on a PC running Zwift. After it’s imported I believe you can subsequently run the custom workout from a phone, ATV or tablet if that’s what you normally run Zwift on.
Thanks
I run Zwift on my iPad, but I can’t find a way to import it
I don’t think this is possible. You’ll likely have to install Zwift onto a computer, and then put the ZWO file into the Workouts folder. Alternatively (and possibly more tediously), you can manually recreate the workout directly in Zwift in your iPad using the workout builder.

Just run Zwift on a computer for the purpose of importing this workout.

This is how I do it using an iPad: Import the wo into intervals.icu
Connect Zwift with ICU and place the WO the day u want to ride that wo it. When u start Zwift, u can select the WO from the intervals.icu Folder.

Hi @Lars_Millberg, welcome to the Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
Importing your own workouts can definitely be done, but the steps can vary a bit depending on your device. To make sure everything goes smoothly, I’d recommend checking out our official guide on Importing Custom Workouts. It walks you through the process step‑by‑step and helps confirm you’re on the right track.
Ride On.
