Disclaimer: I’m using a Tacx Vortex. They are notoriously prone to over-estimating power, even when properly calibrated.
So I do take this with a pinch of salt, and I realise I might lose 80 Watts when I eventually upgrade to a direct drive trainer.
However, I did almost an hour at threshold:
So until that fateful day arrives along with my Kickr or Neo, I’m taking it!
Besides, my first 20 minute FTP test on Zwift was 221W!
So even accounting for trainer exaggeration, I’m probably stronger, right?
