I don't want my activities to be recorded on Garmin anymore, how do I change the settings?

I don’t remember where I accepted to have my trainings recorded on Zwift and Garmin (and there are other ones possible like Strava but cannot find where to change those settings as I don’t want my activities to be recorded on Garmin anymore. Anyone able to help? Thx. Ben

Go to my.zwift.com, log in, open the menu, click on your name and then on „Connections“.
