First gen hub owner. Has been running perfectly using wifi to manage device connections up until most recent update went out (today, 05/14/26). Now, all connected devices (trainer included) disconnect for a second or two over and over again, approximately once every minute or two.
No other updates made to firmware etc., only to Zwift, so must be something in the new update causing it.
Shuji at Zwift HQ, I’m the forum admin. During game release weeks, I keep an eye out for problem reports that feel widespread. I haven’t seen reports similar to yours. For one-on-one troubleshooting, I’d recommend you contact the Support Team who are better equipped to help you with this Mac specifically.
Glancing quickly at your server logs, it seems your Macbook Pro is using macOSX 13.0, plesae confirm? Can that be upgraded to a newer OS version? The minimum OS version Zwift supports is 10.14.4. Bringing that up to the latest version possible is the first step to get this sorted out.
thanks for checking in and for the feedback. Unfortunately my OS can’t be updated beyond macOS 13 (older macbook pro). In the meantime, I’ll try the basic troubleshooting and check back in if it occurs again. I started today’s session after a full restart on my devices and didn’t have any issues, so it may have been a one-off.
Can you tell me the model ID of the laptop? There’s usually a model code on the bottom that looks like A1234. Or if you go to the menu on the top left and choose About This Mac, the information there might be sufficient.
If everything keeps working then no need to dig into it, just carry on.
