# Http 403

Hi  
I have tried to get online with my windows driven pc today, but I get an http 403-message. In short it says that I can not get access to the app because it needs a password. I have done all the “turn off and on” and reloaded the app, but to no effect.  
Has anyone experienced anything like it? Is there a fix?
