HRM-Pro keeps disconnecting

Recently my HRM Pro keeps disconnecting while using Zwift on my Google Pixel phone. I checked troubleshooting on Zwift: cleared app cache, updated app, updated phone, etc. But it’s still not staying connected.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Make sure your location settings are set to only when using the app as opposed to always.

Try a new battery.

The most common cause for pairing drops is wireless interference. The easiest way to rule this out is to simply turn off all non Zwift related devices such as wireless game controllers, keyboards, soundbars, doorbells, tea kettles, light bulbs, etc and see if the problem still happens. If the drops stop, then start turning things back on one by one until the problems start again and you’ve probably found your culprit.
