Hello All,
I have a commute I take on very rare occasions - its about 2 miles downhill with a slope of -4%, followed by 8 miles flat and then 2 miles of +7%, followed by 1 mile flat. A total of 13 miles.
Since I dont ride this regularly outdoors but I want to improve my time I would like a route on Zwift (say a Zwift workout that I can try in London, or NYC for example).
Can I program a Zwift workout like this?
