since yesterday I’m a owner of the zwift ride with kickr core, currently I’m setting everything up. I’ve dedicated a second pc with an i5 13500KF, 1050 Ti and 32GB RAM for Zwift. Where can I check what graphic profile I’ve been asigned or which is used, is there some kind of benchmark?

You will get the ultra profile with that graphics card.
The easiest way to check is to run a log file through Zwiftalizer.
the log file do I need to upload a whole session or could I start a session and then upload a few seconds?
I recommend uploading more than a few seconds so you can assess some other performance and reliability metrics such as load time, frame rates, signal quality, dropouts, etc.
A few seconds will be enough to get the info you need in terms of profile but as Paul suggests a longer session will give you useful detail regards frames per second etc…
There are some specific Nvidia settings to change to increase performance.
