I own a quarq dzero powermeter, how do I calibrate this like Garmin did? I have a bit concern about the accuracy.
You should be able to just use the Garmin to calibrate it. Otherwise perhaps through a smartphone? It doesn’t need to be cablibrated to the receiver i.e. Zwift.
