How long should I wait for green to turn blue?

Hi all,

I did TDZ Stage 7 yesterday at 18:00 GMT 2021-02-03 and it seems that there are no .fit files in the backlog to be processed. A sizeable majority of fellow combatants have their power lightning icon blue (as in processed from .fit file) rather than green (live data). Mine is still green. How long should I wait and after such time can I contact someone to get the data updated?

24 hours and counting. I guess it’s pot luck whether or not Zwift processes the .fit file? Seems a pretty basic requirement for accurate data, especially as that data is a prerequisite for ranking, DQ’s etc. Hey Ho.
