Hi all,
Sorry, if this topic has been addressed previously, but I cannot find any related topics.
I’m fairly new to Zwift and I had my first run this morning. I selected a random route and I ran 5K. I think I remember Zwift asking me during the run to increase incline to 1%. Which I did. However, I’m in doubt that’s the fact or not. I downloaded the .fit file and uploaded it to Strava and Garmin, and it says 48m everywhere. And that’s also correct when a ran 5K with 1% incline.
My question is: Will Zwift advise to increase/decrease incline while running any routes? i.e. if I would choose a hilly route will Zwift advise to increase more than 1% incline?
