Hey everyone. I communicated with Zwift Sept 25 with a request to collaborate in a program for disadvantaged students. I received the automated response and then crickets. I followed up again in November and again in early January with similar results - nothing, other than to say that my query was now being passed to ‘Partnerships’. One month later, ‘chirp chirp. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to engage Zwift in a meaningful discussion or have a direct contact to tap out? Thanks heaps in advance.
It’s always possible that this just isn’t something in which they are interested. If that’s the case, it would certainly be nice if they would respond to you with such a message, but I don’t think you can expect that, just like not everyone who applies for a job gets a response.
I don’t know if you will get anywhere with your proposal but partnerships@zwift.com has been floated around if you want to try that. If your students are under 16 then I think there’s no chance since they’re not accepting new accounts for kids of that age.
Yeah, you’re probably right - they aren’t interested. But I couldn’t agree with you more - it’d be nice for them to at least say it. Thanks for your response!!
Its funny you mention partnerships@zwift.com, because they were the last ones I was bounced to. But I didn’t know that about the under 16s - thanks heaps for the info and response!!
