Hey everyone.
I’m currently at Level 92. During my ride yesterday I was awarded some confetti socks and my process bar said Level 100. I’ve done about 70 miles since and my level line is not moving and I have an orange stripe next to my name
I have checked for updates and there is none.
My companion app also says Level 100.
Anyone else experiencing this ?

Is it possible you have logged into Zwift on more than one device recently?

No I only sign in on my Apple TV.
Contact support and ask them what happened. That is a puzzling thing I don’t think I have heard of before, but in any case only support has visibility into your progress.
Do you force close the zwift app after every use (note this isnt the same as swiping into the background)?
After levels 100+ were released some bugs were seen with cached values and open sessions that weren’t logged off properly. This could be the case with Apple TV if you somehow didnt save and exit the ride properly.
I have seen other riders zoom ahead to level 115. It was only shortly after the new level ups were released. Seems to have been related to what Mike mentioned above.
I didn’t have this issue, but I also close Zwift properly after each ride and I only have just the one computer logged in to Zwift at a time.
