In a few days im gonna be with my friends for 5 days. Most of those day we will be drinking alcohol. Now I did that ones before and I felt like when I keep training in that week I probably lose some toxic stuff that I drank and keep fit.
Im thinking about to do some zwift over there to help this thing above. What are your guys opinions about this? Should I not train or should I and which training would I be doing. I know from experience that intensive drinking and intensive training destroys you.
