I rode the Hell of the North ride and did not get credited on the challenge or the 250xp. How do I get it credited?
Email support@zwift.com and give them as much detail as possible. They might be able to help.
Failing that ride it again as its a great route.

For triage purposes, it would help us and other Zwifters to know: did you select the route from the Hell of the North challenge screen? Or did you select it from the list of routes in France?

We did a little digging and found you registered for the Challenge after you did the ride. This is why the bonus XP did not trigger, but if you contact our Support team, we’ll manually award you the XP.

You should choose the route from within the challenge tile, not directly from the France route list.
Yes I realize that now. They have corrected my mistake
It would be nice if you didn’t have to select it from the challenge screen. I don’t see why selecting it from the worlds menu would not also unlock it…

Selecting from the general route menu allows people to ride the routes without opting in to the challenge. Selecting from the challenge menu opts you in to the challenge.
Once you’ve “opted” in to the challenge, selecting the route either way should contribute to the challenge.
Do event rides count too, or just free rides? I did an event yesterday that didn’t count, then a free ride from the challenge menu that did, but I think I was already registered before doing either.
