Quick question: is heating counted on average (Min/km)?
I am guessing that heating is another translated expression for warm up? Are you asking if it is included by Zwift, in an event for example, or whether you should include it when you review your activities? Running or cycling? Min/km suggests running.
At the end of each activities Zwift calculates the average in min / km, if I run faster during the warm-up and cool down phase, will I get a lower min / km?
Or is the warm-up and cool down not calculated on average?
Warm-up and cool down is part of the workout so it would be used for calculating your averages.
Just to throw this out there, averages of any metric are more or less useless. What is important is that you are training in the proper zone for the correct amount of time.
