I recently purchased a Zwift run pod so that I can both run and ride on Zwift. The issue that I’m having now is that I use my ipad for Zwift and with switching back and forth between Zwift run and Zwift ride, my heart rate sensors are no longer reading. I’ve tried using Zwift run on my iphone and connecting with my apple watch instead of my Tickr, but it still does not read. Then when I switch back to Zwift ride, I don’t see the Tickr at all even though it’s flashing, connected, etc.
Any suggestions on why this may be happening? I’ve even tried reinstalling Zwift on my iphone and ipad and it didn’t help.
