Many riders rode the Mandela ride over the weekend and the Mandela Kit was NOT provided upon completion, as stated.
Why wasn’t it included in this update? And when will it be released?

After today’s update, I confirmed the existence of a file named “MandelaDay2021.ztx”.
But I don’t know if we will receive this kit later.
The event named “Specialized” seems to be very important to ZWIFT.
Cool! I downloaded the latest update, and found the kit in the “closet”. Note there was no asterisk to show the availability of new kit. But, all good.

Yep the update fixed me too! The new kit is in the collection!

Reboot the Zwift app, then look for the jersey in the garage, it is in there.

Yes, there was an email from Zwift saying there was an error so it wan’t the default kit for the event or showing as unlocked in the garage afterwards. Update and the kit should be in your garage. It isn’t highlighted as new, so you may have to search a bit.

Still have not received the Mandela kit ,done the ride .Don’t know why ?

Have you updated ZWIFT to ver1.15.0?
If you have completed the update, I think you should contact the ZWIFT support team.
