I have been having problems with the group chat feature for about a month now.
I made sure all my settings were set to on, my mobile app has all notifications enabled, and my ipad app says on, no language filter. Yet, most the time chat will not show until maybe 20-30 minutes into the ride, and on longer rides it comes and goes.
There is no connection drop, rider and power are always going, all riders are around me, it’s simply the chat comes and goes.
whats the deal? any ideas for a fix?
