I have group ride workout idea where the groups choses an interval workout and your speed is determined by your % of your FTP vs actual watts. So if you are getting dropped it means you aren’t hitting your individual % of FTP targets and group encouragement or shaming would ensue. It would create peer pressure to make it through tough indoor interval workouts and allow pros and novices to ride together…
