Gravel Training Plan / Looking for feedback

Hi, did anybody here used the gravel training plans? how long was your target race? what was your experience following the plan?

Id be interested in knowing this as well, but seems this forum is dead for the most part. Im working on the gravel grinder 12 week plan. I honestly didn’t think to enter a race, just use it for structure, but now that Im on week 2 I am thinking id like to. I know this is now 4 years old, but if I do do a race I’ll let you know lol.

Did you complete a race after the plan OR has anyone on this forum used this plan to build up for a race and think it actually prepared you??? I imagine there will be no response to this, but this is the nature of the internet and I am resurrecting this thread!

Plan looks decent enough, depending on what event you are prepping for and the length/elevation I think it will work. You might want to through in a few extra hours of easy zone 2 and zone 1 recovery each week.

I’m actually planning to do just that. This plan has about 5 workouts a week but no real long endurance ride so I was thinking that would be good to add on the weekend.

I’m not sure as of yet on the race. I’m in NC and this plan prob wraps up early September or so. I’ve found 3-4 within 100ish miles of me that would be ideal. I’d prob look mainly at the 50-70 mile range (probably on the lower end of that just to not die on the climbs).
