Graphics break up showing watts etc, and other riders but doesnt effect main screen showing avatar.

Is this Internet connection or Something elsr.

Presumably you’ve got AMD graphics? A handful of people have reported this over the last few months. It’s unclear what is causing it, but as I said in that thread I suspect some sort of driver issue or system resource shortage.
