Gear Resistance-Shifts

When using the electric shifting with the hub setup I have I have had a couple sessions where the resistance can be different. Example: I can run 200w in say gear 11 opposed to gear 21-yes that extreme. I have now reverted back the old higher gear setting- no good. I am baffled. It was perfect a couple sessions ago, but just did an update and now it is back to where I am running in the top gears and there is nothing left, and I need more-need advice here. Is there a setting for this that I am missing? When the setting was lower it was more of a challenge up in the top gears but doable, that’s what I want- a trainer. Gear 24 is nothing for me right now. Please advise.

I use Zwift Hub one with laptop, tied to ZCA Bluetooth.
