Is it your actual gear ratios (eg 53/17) or just the gear number (eg 1/7)?

It shows 1-7, 2-11, etc.

Can it be turned off?

Not that I’ve seen, but I haven’t rooted around that much.

You can try to not connect “Controls” in paired devices.

That won’t stop gears from being displayed.

You are right. I did test it without “Controls” and the gearing is still in the hud.

Wattbike Proton - no gear display. Wattbike blame zwift and Zwift say “no timeline for a fix”.
Charming

Yes please Zwift devs.

My Kickr Bike V1 gives me shifting indications in Fulgaz - so obviously it isn’t rocket science.

As mentioned previously in this thread, you could make your own external gear display -

But I didn’t need to do that for Fulgaz - it just worked as part of the subscription fee out of the box so to speak.

I don’t disagree, I was just pointing out a method to show gears.
Gear display is obviously something that is part of the Bluetooth stream from the bikes, Zwift chooses to ignore that with many of the smart bikes out there.
