I cannot get the fenix 6spro to connect to Zwift on Apple tv , it is connected to Strava, can the heart rate data be added that way? Will it merge with the Zwift data for the same workout?

I believe you need to put it in Virtual Run Mode to get the HR to broadcast in Bluetooth. AppleTV is Bluetooth only.
Bluetooth only allows one connection to any device or app at a time, so make sure it is not connected to Strava using Bluetooth.
