Garmin, Elite, swift, no HR

Hi there, a connection problem or question.

Have an Elite Direto trainer. Microsoft Surface laptop.
They connect via bluetooth with no issue, giving me power, speed, cadence, etc.
My problem is correcting a HR fro. My Garmin Foreunner 830. I purchased the ant dongle and added it to USB drive, but when I attempt to pair it, there is nothing. Are these I comparable with each other?

I’m guessing here as I am still waiting for my ANT dongle to arrive but was doing some research to see how to get a HR out of my Garmin 245 watch into Zwift. Have you set your Forerunner 830 to broadcast the HR?
