Hi Steve just again on zwift and yes I restarted completely and same thing always lagging ;1(
I tried with connecting to companion and only to Apple TV but itās doing on both

When you pair you Play controllers to the game over Blueooth, there should be a toggle for Virtual Shifting in your Game Settings > Hardware menu.
You can disable virtual shifting there and that popup wonāt tell your wife you bought a new trainer. 
PS - one of your Play controllers is on older firmware version than the other. Might be good to bring those to the same FW version. Hereās how.

Thank you! I tried to update the warranty replacement but one kept failing to update. Iāll try again soon.
Updates can be kind of sketchy on Android devices so if thatās what youāre using, and you can beg borrow or steal an iOS device, that would be a good thing to try.
Iām on iOS 26 beta, maybe thatās the issue?
Side bar question here: if I wanted to build a Zwift only bike, would it be possible to buy the Zwift Ride (shifters) by themselves? Just found out that I could use the QZ fitness app to make our saris/cycleops trainers compatible with the virtual shifting.
Not sure if Iām wrong, but as far as I understood, one could purchase the single speed cog and the controller. As a package.
I want the full fake shifter/brake for a handle hold, not just the buttons. Was thinking of a Zwift 100% AliExpress build with T47 bottom bracket
Have you considered either using tandem āstoker leverā dummies or using an old brake lever?
Th Ride controllers are not available to purchase a la carte.
The closest you would be able to get would be the older Zwift Play controllers.
You could probably find some one eBay since they are no longer for sale by Zwift.
The left ZP Iām using seems stuck on 1.3.0 with no option to update. The right is on 1.3.1. How can I force the update?
Yes Steve and you are right when I reboot it seems to be okay, but now I need to reboot (unplug) my Apple TV each time I wanna ride ? why do I have to do this now and since last 2 years never. Yesterday I wired with RJ cable my Apple TV to router and even worse I had a severe 5second latency between my action on trainer and the avatar ā¦.
