I never get the update in the first 48 hours.
Yesterday was the first time in a very long time that I received in the first 48 hours. Usually I have to wait until it is available to all.
Windows version.
Apple TV? If so that’s always done last.

Everyone please note.
glad to see that runners are getting more badge opportunities. I know there must be behind-the-scenes reasons why many routes with cycling badges don’t have running badges, so it’s nice any time we get more chances to double up!
It’s also helpful for those of us who are significantly worse runners than we are cyclists; there’s not a lot of courses that I can complete on foot, so having more badges available for ones that I can complete, like both Volcano Circuits, is really helpful.
That’s not new, is it?
I seem to recall seeing that before.
It’s not new in 1.119 but it is a problem that exists in 1.119
I ran the Volcano Circuit Run this morning, and was somewhat surprised/disappointed that the lap counter didn’t increment when I completed the lap. If it did, I sure didn’t see it.
I did not do 2 laps to make sure. ![]()
Been a problem since climb portal release in June 2023.
Lost count on number of times it’s been mentioned.
Just like not being able to take a screenshot with the F10 key on the after ride/race results screen.
Thanks for your patience. iPad and iPhone users, please update at your earliest convenience.
All I want to know is will this finally allow 1080p res on a high end android and if not why not and when? Folks have been asking for years and I am tablet shopping. Do not say Apple, just don’t please. Thanks.
Searching TrainerDX, I am seeing a few high end Android tablets running at 1080p, but I haven’t heard anything shared about exactly which models, and some of the log reports show 720p on the same GPU at the same Zwift version, so it’s unclear to me whether there is a user setting available or if they are doing A/B testing of this or what…
I realize this probably isn’t the answer you are looking for but ruling out Apple devices, if you want the best Zwift graphics with the display on a tablet stand, that would be a Windows PC with a discrete GPU, with a tablet sized portable monitor on the tablet stand. Even the Android devices that do get 1080p resolution are still on the Basic graphics profile, so if you want it to look good, the PC is the solution that you could adopt with confidence that it actually does what you want.
Canyon and Trek for sure. Make sure any brand with a time based, distance based and vert based has a halo
What about a halo MTB for gravel routes?
All the halo bikes have been aimed at smooth tarmac so far. Perhaps three MTB halos?
1994 Cannondale V4000!
And make it historically accurate at about 70lb to start with. Fully upgraded it can get to the 20lb design target weight.
No, I have a PC and port to a TV. But I am considering a tablet to replace the PC. Certain Ipads meet the need but I won’t buy Apple. As far as I am concerned it is on Zwift to improve this because folks have been pointing it out for years! Truth be told it is all pure luxury to me but having looked into I am truly surprised Zwift can’t climb this hill.
I think it’s more like climbing the hill very slowly. A year or two from now the situation might be better, judging from recent improvements (in this very release, Android graphics improvements). And there is a big information gap - they don’t publish information that would let you know if a device you are considering purchasing will run the game in the way you want. That’s a problem for shoppers like you, and people like me who want to offer information to guide your purchase.
Depending on the specs for your PC, if you got one of the tablets that can run Zwift in 1080p and 60 FPS, the tablet might be roughly equivalent to the PC. But no tablet will be equivalent to a half-decent PC with a discrete GPU.
The point is that even though I can purchase any number of tablets that have the power to do it Zwift limits them. I don’t know if you are missing the point: No matter what the tablet can do, if it is an Android Zwift won’t let it run at the higher settings (as has been made clear in years of posts complaining about this). Now, they have solved that for Apple it seems. So please don’t try to reason with me about this, ok, I know you mean well but i see no good defense of their failure to solve this limitation, ok?
