A new Zwift Recumbent Trike is available in everyone’s Garage. Engineered from real-world data and validated by World Ultra Cycling Association (WUCA), this recumbent trike combines low-drag efficiency with exceptional stability. Its aerodynamic position lets you hold speed with less effort, offering a fast, controlled ride from a whole new perspective.

Hey Shuji - can you confirm if this release also addresses the problem with resistance in Incline Mode that’s discussed in the Known Issues (SIM) Resistance Controls not working in Workout Mode since 1.113.0 Thread? (I can’t include a link)
Expectation was that it would make it’s way into the next release (ostensibly today) but no joy in the release notes.
I just got the new main screen with the even more huge challenge cards and I have to say I’m not a fan. I suggest looking at how things were a few years ago for inspiration. If nothing else bring back user selectable scaling so I can see more than the hero card on top, then my list, and then the top few pixels of the mega size challenge cards.
Just a reminder of where we were; where Pacer Bots had their own page and sorted by rows of pace… easy to navigate on all devices; and all upcoming events that YOU signed up for on the TOP row.
40% of the main menu is consumed by reminding you to do a threshold effort on the daily.
The remaining 60% is a reminder that everything is LEAVING SOON!
This is the layout I had this morning. So much worse than it was a few years ago. I know there are people at ZHQ who use Zwift because I occasionally see them riding, I can’t understand how this very poor UI/UX gets approved. And it’s just worse every single iteration now for years.
mine hadn’t changed this morning, still can only see next up/quickfire and the challenges row (all things I don’t ever use or need)… can’t see for you at all… this is on a 55 inch TV, running ultra graphics from a PC.
There was mention that they would “bring it back at a later date” but with no follow ups (as we’d expect).
I’m sure the team is fully focused on Paris at the moment; it’d be nice if we get Gravel Mountain back for free riding etc. before the end of the year though (assuming they fix the GPS compression or whatever term they came up with).
I have no clue about programming but is it so hard to just turn off that acceleration and let us ride at normal speed ? I would be very fine with that.
