But what if that ‘terrible’ user experience is limited to a small minority of users? I’m not saying that the lead-ins don’t generate some negative comments, but in the grand scheme of things those comments are pretty far down the list of gripes. And, as I’ve mentioned elsewhere, there are plenty of ‘routes’ IRL where you have to do a lead-in (e.g. riding from your house to the route) and you haven’t done the entire route just by riding the route distance from your house.

Hi Zwift, after updating Apple Watch and Zwift in the last week I was looking forward to riding today and my Apple Watch seamlessly connecting via Bluetooth to measure my heart rate. Alas, no. Do you know why this hasn’t been fixed?

Have been informed the new routes are still not available for an Event this Sunday (dec.27). Which is 10 days after this post. What is the correct timeline?

It will not delete your data. But also it won’t fix the issue. They have really broken the app you may get one log in after installing again but then it will fail hope the developers not gone home for Xmas
I’ve completed numerous rides without issues since the update, what problems are you having?
The app simply will not go past closing your profile I am not the only one having the issue. If I go on my Mac I can use it but the app on my phone ( what I usually use for convience simply no longer works

Unluckily the TZ didn‘t proove to be the cause. I tested with PST and nothing changed. The Logfile isn‘t that verbose anymore in the current version of the game or at least I remember it listing the names of all screenshots both taken with F10 and Companion not only the ones being uploaded, speaking of those taken with Companion. But I might be wrong here as those logfiles are purged in the meantime and I didn‘t make a copy back then. I don‘t see any more ways of debugging as an end user here and pray that Zwift HQ is fixing this issue soon.

I had the same problem after the update. It did not pass the profile screen where you can select a user. After removing the app and logging in again, the problem is solved. (iPhone 12 Pro - iOS 14.3)
In my case the behavior is really random
I managed to do a ride today on my iPad but after many crashes first.
I contacted the support and sent them the log files
Totally broken on android/google pixel 3. After entering watopia the screen is all glitched out, looks like I’m underwater, pedalling doesn’t register.
Just updated on iPhone and will not open? Gets a few spins of the wheel next to name and locks up. Checked update for iOS etc and all is up to date. Any ideas?
Hi, since the update I’ve found my Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ won’t connect via Ant+. It’s worked fine with osx big Sur on my 2014 mbp just fine until now, so I assume the zwift ant+ update has broken it. Please can this be investigated?
Trying to connect it up sometimes works but then resistance won’t adjust automatically, when trying to disconnect and re pair after this happens, zwift crashes.
That update, is a disaster. maybe it’s could be fine, to rollback to the previous version. It’s impossible to do a training, without erg deconnexions, and lot of freeze. Regarding to the monthly price it’s not acceptable.
