I have had the game crash twice now after finishing an event. Thursday 5th Feb 2026, when I clicked see all finishers the game closed. Then again today 8th Feb, when I was scrolling down the results the game again closed. Thursday’s ride did eventually save part of the ride (missing last 4km of ride) but todays was a short race and that has not appeared. On a side note, when you save a ride and click through the timeline, the cursor and vertical line are offset and don’t correspond. As this has been like it for over 2 years I presume its never been reported?
Please tell me all the details about what you run the game on. Exactly what is the hardware?

windows 11 PC, the problem has coincided with the update rollout. I know of others that had the same problem so in my opinion it is nothing to do with anything my end. The next problem is events not loading in game or on companion app.
There is a known bug that happens on some systems when video screenshots are enabled. But if that’s the case, turning it off will help. Game crashes on Windows when events end are not super rare but also not new.
I’ve used zwift for 8 years and crashes are very very rare, but having two within 2 days of each other at the time of an update when its been fine I think the problem was in the update. There was another update today, so fingers crossed
