The Game action is gone. Could not access Companion last ride. Advice?

Zwift Companion and Zwift can only communicate with each other through Wi-Fi connection and if your mobile device switches to mobile data it will prevent this connection.
One way that you can ensure that your mobile device and Zwift Companion stays connected to Zwift is to turn on airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi!
Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!
And we can see from your screen shot that you are not on wifi, so it will not communicate with the game.
