Galaxy Tab S4 + 3 bluetooth devices not working

Setup:
Galaxy Tab S4.
Garmin HRM Dual (using BLE)
Garmin Speed and Cadence (using BLE)

Total 3 bluetooth devices.

Heart rate always connects.
Speed and cadence connect but when riding one of them is always “signal lost”

This feels like a device limit but I am not sure?

I read than you can connect more devices using the companion app.
I tried this on my Pixel 2XL but could not get anything to connect through this.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers!

Some Speed/Cadence sensors are designed to where you can’t use both speed and cadence at the same time. This may possibly explain the issue.

If this isn’t the case, then it may also help to close any background programs to ensure that the sensor isn’t attempting to pair to anything else outside of Zwift.

If you’re still having trouble, please submit a support ticket and we’ll look into this further for you.

Thanks!
