Can I pick the course for an FTP test Workout on Zwift?

Yes, select course as normal then do the workout. The course make no difference when doing a workout as you will be in ERG mode.
Tip: if going for a Tron bike do all your workout on steep climbs to get maximum altitude gain.

Thanks. I think that ERG mode turns off for 20 minutes of the actual test, and im trying to make sure I can be on a hill for the test……

For the test section it turns off ERG mode but it doesn’t simulate the hills.

if you want to simulate a hill, just change into a harder gear xD
