I did this Ramp FTP test, but it crashed when i got the “Im toast” button at the bottom, so it didn’t change my ftp… Is there a way i can recover this data? MAP and FTP Calculator from ZwiftHacks.com I guess i can use this but im not sure what to put in at FTP estimate % of MAP
